一、技術特性Technical characteristics：
1.本機適用於无纺布、泡棉、纤维等材料热压整平。
This machine apply to non-woven fabrics, foam, fiber and other materials, hot leveling.
2.厚度用气缸调节行程来控制，可随意调节。
Thick with cylinder stroke adjustment to control, can be adjustable.
3.温度可达300O，自动调节温度，参数可根据不同材料任意设定。
The temperature up to 300O, automatically adjust the temperature, the parameter can be arbitrarily set according to different materials.
4.热板采用铝制，升温快。发热采用片式，发热均匀。

5.机械分四部分组成，前送料台→热压整平机→冷确吹风→后收圈料。

6.送料部分均配有变频调速，可任意调节送料之速度。

7.热压后配有冷吹风装置，避免热压后料与料粘在一起。

8.自动加速装置，收圈时料要是掉下来碰到加速器，后收圈会自动加速，直到料离开加速装置，转速会自动调节成原来的速度。
